Degree Dates and Events is your go to source for finding reunion dates for Valley's in any Scottish Rite Northern Masonic Jurisdiction. The link takes you to the list for reunions and degree dates for the state of Illinois. By clicking the drop down you can also find out when reunion and other degree events are going on in other states as well.
What's even better is it lists all the degrees that are currently planned on being shown in each state, so if you need to see one or maybe a few of the 29 degrees the Scottish Rite presents you can find when and where it might be shown. Note that it's always worth calling a valley to make sure they are still planning on showing a degree you may be interested in, but the phone number for each valley is also shown on the page.
Interested in becoming a member of the Scottish Rite? Reunions are the one way of doing so. Reunions are usually one or two day events held a few times a year. It's a great way to meet brother masons and see what Scottish Rite masonry is all about! In Illinois there's generally a spring and then a fall reunion. Click the link above to fill out an application (you need to be 3rd degree mason in a member of a recognized blue lodge in your state). You can start your path of becoming a Scottish Rite mason by seeing the 4th degree, and that can be done at any time the Valley wants to do the degree.
